Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major North Extension (NEX) within a live airport transformation programme. The role will take the project through RIBA Stage 4 into construction, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within a fully operational environment.
Key Requirements
- Proven delivery of major infrastructure projects in live operational environments
- Strong NEC contract and commercial management experience
- Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
- Experience in aviation, rail, water, nuclear, or similar regulated sectors
- Strong on-site delivery background essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery through design completion and construction phase
- Manage programme, cost, risk, and change control
- Coordinate multiple contractors and design teams
- Ensure safety and operational continuity in a live airport environment
- Support reporting and stakeholder engagement
