We are partnered with a leading manufacturing business in Southampton who are looking to hire a Quality Operations Technician to support their Quality team.
This role is vital for ensuring manufacturing operations, incoming components and products meet required quality, safety and GMP standards.
You will work closely with Operations to identify issues, provide quality guidance and support continuous compliance across the plant.
This role is offered on a contract basis for 12 months initially, working Mon-Fri 07:00-15:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product, process and document inspections and audits against quality, compliance and safety standards.
- Carry out daily GMP checks across manufacturing areas to ensure continued compliance.
- Inspect incoming components and third-party products against agreed specifications.
- Provide guidance to Operations teams on quality and operational procedures.
- Support and train Operations colleagues in basic in-process quality tests, including weight and torque checks.
