Job Description

Site Works Manager

Odium

£21.63 per hour (PAYEE)

£28.04 (Umbrella)

6 months

Temp to perm opportunity

Relationship management with local client and end user.

Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and the specialist supply chain partners.

Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls. Directly delivered periodic statutory and mandatory inspections. Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity.

Undertaking asset condition monitoring/ surveying, supported by the asset management team.

Co-ordinating technical and contractual management information at a site level

Asbestos Responsible Person

Temporary Works Coordinator

SMSTS

First Aid.
