Senior Engineer - Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) Specialist - LONDON - 6-12 month contract - £50.45 - £64.22 per hour.
ARM are supporting a global infrastructure client with their recruitment and we are currently looking for a contract Senior Engineer - Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) Specialist to join the team based in London.
About You:
- You will be a chartered Engineer, ideally with training in hazardous area determination and risk assessment from a recognised body.
- Your experience will include a role of leading DSEAR in design delivery, ideally within the water industry, or a related process industry.
- You will have excellent technical knowledge of the application of DSEAR, including risk assessment and area classification in accordance with EN 60079-10 and IP 15.
- You will have a strong understanding of DSEAR legislation, ATEX directives and CDM.
What you will be doing:
This position will support on a large workload of DSEAR in a number of markets in UK projects. You will help lead with your specialist experience within this area and bring down the backlog of work. This position can be based in either Central London or the Surrey office, working on the hybrid model. The contract is expected to be a minimum of 6 months, but most likely 12 months.
What you can expect in return:
This position is paying between £50.45 and £64.22 per hour (Umbrella) and has been deemed inside of IR35. Max day rate of £513.76 per day.
