Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay: Up to £55 per hour (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning, providing professional advice and making recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition.
  • Design and develop business/process enhancing solutions within SAP independently.
  • Deliver early life support for new solutions.
  • Support established in-house developed solutions.
  • Add value to existing business processes/procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the management of third-party and internal suppliers.
  • Provide support for data migration projects as required.
  • Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs.

Experience Required:

  • Influencing and negotiating with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
  • Ability to challenge/respond to challenges on process issues.
  • Working with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
  • Prioritising work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects meeting Service Level Agreements.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
  • Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within own specialty.
