Rate: £37 - £65 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Inside IR35

We are supporting a leading transport organisation in recruiting a Quality Inspector to join a major rolling stock improvement programme in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality inspections and assurance activities across an overhaul production line
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards
  • Support document control processes
  • Conduct supplier visits for product inspections and quality reviews
  • Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions

Requirements

  • Experience in Quality Inspection/QA within engineering, rail, or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of inspection processes and documentation
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience with supplier inspections or audits
  • Rolling stock or rail experience desirable
