Building Services Engineer (Electrical bias) Bordon £38,000 - £42,500 The Building Services Engineer (BSE) is responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across Hard and Soft FM systems, ensuring high availability and statutory compliance of FM-controlled assets.

The role spans electrical, mechanical and specialist systems including, but not limited to: Building Management Systems (BMS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire detection and suppression, emergency lighting, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, water hygiene and legionella control, and critical HVAC/mechanical plant.

The BSE will act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP375 and within Systems of Work , exercising permit-to-work control, isolations and handover, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and to specification.

The role will use the CAFM system to plan, record, and optimise maintenance activities, and will support infrastructure works delivered via approved subcontractors.

The BSE will primarily be based at Bordon and may be required to travel to other sites within the contract as directed.

Participation in the on-call rota is required, with a call-out allowance paid in accordance with contract terms.

Requirements: Qualified Electrician to BS 7671 (18th Edition).
