ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Group Commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The Group Commercial business partner is responsible for UK, Portugal and Group commercial reporting, including customer gross margin reporting, weekly Commercial Meeting finance analysis and ad hoc scenario planning.
Responsibilities:
- Business point of contact for UK, Portugal and Group Business Central customer gross margin analysis.
- Ensure new customers and changes to customer terms are accurately captured in Business Central customer gross margin reporting.
- Support Commercial team in the Weekly Commercial Meeting, including on customer pricing against budget and latest forecast.
- Responsible for follow-ups based on the weekly UK, Portugal and Group aged Trade Debtors reports.
- Business Partner to the Commercial Director and Commercial team.
- Work with Commercial team to ensure full understanding and visibility of all trade terms, whilst highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Work with Commercial teams to update weekly volume splits and pricing for all harvest and procured volumes for budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for monthly trade debtors budget and forecasts for UK, Portugal and Group based on sales forecasts and customer terms.
Requirements:
- Relevant Finance qualification - CA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Successful track record in a Commercial Finance role within business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or equivalent finance system.
- Experience of working in FMCG/Food/Agriculture is preferred.
- A collaborative working ethos.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to present data in an organised and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel.
