My client is looking for a mobile Fire Alarm engineer in and around the Yeovil area. The work will be mainly service and maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or be working towards their F.I.A Modules. Excellent client-facing skills and fault-finding experience are required. Fire Extinguisher experience/qualifications would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control.
- Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels plus similar expertise in Texecom, Paxton, and Videcon/Hikvision would be desirable.
- To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and that all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
- Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.
