As the Fanuc Robotics Training Specialist, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!
You will be involved in:
- Reviewing provided training topic lists, objectives, and target audience requirements.
- Developing or adapting training content, exercises, training aids, and delivery approach to match the requested training type.
- Adjusting the level of instruction for beginner, intermediate, or advanced participants.
- Developing process specific training topics, aids, and exercises (blasting, welding, inspection).
- Developing basic troubleshooting guidance and operator-level problem identification.
- Developing training materials to be used offline by trainees in preparation for in-person training (in the format of presentations, screen recordings, notes).
- Applying understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes to tailor instruction to the operational environment.
- Delivering in-person training sessions for operators and engineers interfacing with the robotics systems in the MRO network.
- Recommending training sequencing or modularisation based on participant experience level and process complexity.
- Providing follow-up clarification sessions, refresher sessions, or focused coaching for specific teams or applications.
Your skillset may include:
- Experience as a Fanuc trainer, instructor, or subject matter expert.
- Strong working knowledge of Fanuc robotic systems, including operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to create training materials to be used for trainees with different experience levels, from basic users to advanced users.
- Understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes and the ability to connect robotics training to real production applications.
- Experience delivering both generic/foundational training and customized, process-specific training.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in classroom and hands-on settings.
- Experience working in manufacturing or shop-floor environments.
- Ability to collaborate with operators, engineers, manufacturing leaders, and other stakeholders to define training needs and tailor content.
- Strong documentation and training material preparation skills.
