About the role
We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Officer to lead performance management, data analysis and service improvement activity across a range of business areas. You will use data and insight to support decision-making, improve processes and help teams deliver better outcomes. The role will involve developing performance frameworks, producing meaningful reports, ensuring data quality and working with managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the collection, analysis and reporting of performance data and management information.
- Develop and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance measures.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and governance standards are maintained.
- Provide insight and recommendations to support service improvement and business planning.
- Manage and support a small team, developing capability and performance.
- Work with stakeholders to translate complex analysis into clear actions and improvements.

You will have strong experience in data analysis, performance management and service improvement, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. You will bring:
