Branch Manager - Electrical Wholesale

Location: Rugby

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Advanced Resource Managers is recruiting on behalf of a leading national electrical wholesaler for a Branch Manager to lead operations at their busy Rugby site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced wholesale professional to take full ownership of branch performance-driving sales, managing a team, and delivering operational excellence.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you?ll lead a team covering trade counter, sales, and warehouse functions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Growing revenue across existing and new industrial/commercial clients
  • Managing branch operations, inventory, and logistics
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the branch team
  • Delivering profitability through strong commercial decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S and company policy

What We?re Looking For

  • Experience in the electrical wholesale or industrial distribution sector (min. 3-5 years)
  • Strong background in sales, customer management, and operational leadership
  • Confident managing P&L, stock levels, and team performance
