Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment.
The Role You'll support the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS.
Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.
What We're Looking For Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering.
Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Desirable: IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience.
HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline.
Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects.
What's on Offer £40,000 - £45,000 salary.
Permanent position.
Four-day working week (Monday-Thursday).
