Do you have a strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems? A high level of detail, writing, and presentation skills? My client is seeking a Service Communications Author who will be the link between engineering and the Aftersales dealer network. Following the launch of new vehicles, technical scenarios are identified by engineering and communicated to the Service Communications team, should the dealer network require notification.

You will be responsible for understanding, developing and authoring technical documentation with a particular focus on the end consumers within the dealer network. You will join a business that delivers technical publications for a range of leading automotive, aerospace, rail, industrial, construction and agricultural manufacturing customers.

We are interested in dynamic, engaging individuals with relevant qualifications and/or experience in related software engineering, vehicle and master technician, electrical integration, mechanical, diagnostic, or technical documentation fields.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong automotive system knowledge and hands-on experience is a must.
  • Electric and Hybrid knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Highly detail orientated and able to prepare technical documentation to exacting quality standards.
