Service Designer Bristol 6-month contract Paying up to Circa £65p/h (Inside IR35) Please note - Due to the nature of the work, you'll be required to hold a high level of UK Security Clearance Responsibilities : Lead service design activities across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live. Produce service maps, journeys, blueprints, and end-to-end service models. Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams to align user needs, business goals and technology constraints. Provide professional advice on service design approaches, risks and opportunities. Coordinate service design work to time, quality and business expectations.
