This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced drainage professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex site issues, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will carry out detailed drainage and subsidence investigations, identify defects, and provide technical recommendations for repairs while ensuring customers are fully informed and reassured throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Independently conduct drainage and subsidence investigations at residential properties. Complete CCTV drainage surveys, including recording, labelling and reporting findings. Use CAT scanners and sondes to locate buried services and trace drainage systems. Carry out excavations to locate foundations and support subsidence investigations.
