ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to be a part of a major project within the UK, leading a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Build the capability of the team to deliver high quality customer support.

The Role:

  • Ensure systems and processes are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges.
  • Coach managers on performance management issues and ensure delivery of training requirements.
  • Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline.
  • Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Manage HR budgets and drive employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills at putting delivery/project plans in place.
  • Articulate, strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.
  • Working with managers to understand why resourcing needs are not being pushed through.
  • Able to read and interpret data on Excel, create project plans and then present visual reports (PBI/PowerPoint).
  • Project management skill set.
  • Previous public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
