ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to be a part of a major project within the UK, leading a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Build the capability of the team to deliver high quality customer support.
The Role:
- Ensure systems and processes are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges.
- Coach managers on performance management issues and ensure delivery of training requirements.
- Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline.
- Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Manage HR budgets and drive employee engagement.
Requirements:
