Lead complex tenders, evaluations, negotiations and contract activity. Develop commercial and procurement strategies. Manage contracts, frameworks, suppliers, risk and change. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers. Provide commercial advice and support strategic decision-making. Drive best practice, continuous improvement and value for money. About YouWe are looking for experienced Commercial Managers with proven team management and leadership experience, alongside strong commercial/procurement expertise. You should have: Proven experience leading and managing teams within a commercial or procurement environment. Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members. Strong commercial and/or procurement experience. Experience managing complex contracts, procurements or commercial programmes. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and providing commercial advice. Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently. Public sector experience is highly desirable, although relevant private sector experience will also be considered. CIPS or another relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
