We are recruiting on behalf of our well-known client in the Dudley area, due to an increase in orders they are looking for a sales/production administrator to join their team in head office.

Job Specification:

  • Liaise with accounts to ensure sales invoices are recorded & purchase invoices are paid.
  • Process sales orders ensuring that all data is correct to customers' order and liaise with credit control to ensure customers' accounts are kept up to date.
  • Raise proforma invoices.
  • Review sales orders to ensure that they can be released and are sent to production.
  • Raise outsourcing & purchase orders for Profiles Department.
  • Goods and service receivables, attaching all relating documentation and certificates.
  • Maintain logs and spreadsheets of goods and consumables purchased.
  • Communicate with company suppliers of goods and services.
  • Run reports for management via ERP and Excel.
  • Keep and maintain employee personnel files up to date.
  • Prepare paperwork for stock take.
  • Liaise with other departments, team members, managers to implement company goals and policies.
  • Maintain health & safety standards set by the company.
  • Work well within the team environment.
  • Willingness to carry out any reasonable task requested by their line manager.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Skilled in English and Maths.
  • Experienced in Microsoft package and have good computing skills.
  • Must be able to work under own initiative and have attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.

The Package:

  • Working hours: 08:00 till 16:00, 08:00-16:30 (Flexible hours).
  • Salary: £12.50 - £13.00.
  • Full time 12 week temp to perm.
  • Opportunity for progression within a large company.
