We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with experience in CAD/CAM programming and CNC operations, particularly within the sheet metal industry. While preference will be given to candidates proficient in SigmaNest, TruTops, or Radan software, we are open to considering applicants with similar relevant experience. This role requires a combination of office-based drafting and programming work and hands-on shopfloor involvement, including machine setup and operation. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and optimise CNC programs using SigmaNest, TruTops, Radan, or other CAM software. · Create detailed 2D drafting designs using AutoCAD or similar software for sheet metal projects. · Program, set up, and operate CNC Amada lasers, Trumpf punch turrets, or equivalent machinery. · Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality outputs. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programming or machine operations. · Actively engage on the shopfloor to oversee machine operation and ensure project specifications are met. · Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing productivity and product quality.
