Are you an experienced Setter looking for a new challenge? Here at Advanced Plastics, we provide a diverse range of technical injection‑moulded products for blue‑chip clients across various market sectors. Founded in 1992, over the last 5 years we have invested heavily in our operations and warehousing facilities at our site in Hull and we now have over 250 colleagues with further plans to grow in the future. We are proud to be based in Hull and our community is essential to us, so we support several local charities and initiatives.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter/Injection Moulding Technician/Setter/Senior Setter to join our team. This role would suit someone with experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, who has the skills to program FANUC robots, hot runner controllers (HRC) and multi‑cavity tooling. Ideally, you will have worked in a company that is IATF16949 or ISO14001 certified.
This role will work with colleagues on a rotating shift pattern – one week early (6am‑2pm), one week nights (10pm‑6am), one week lates (2pm‑10pm). You must be able to commit to these shifts. Competitive pay, and ongoing development available for the successful candidate, including support with IMT Level 4 qualifications worth over £2,500.
