The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and drivenTeam Leaderto take the reins of our Nelson branch. You’ll lead from the front – strategically, operationally, and culturally – and play a key part in driving growth and building lasting partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective strategies
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Nelson branch
- Drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment
- Strong sales leadership skills – able to drive business development and inspire a results-focused team
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- A natural people leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically
