The role:
- Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation.
- Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment.
- Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

What will make you successful:
- Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC).
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in Psychology (Provisional is fine) or Rehabilitation Counselling. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work or Nursing are also considered.
- Strong clinical reasoning.
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
- Passion to help people rehabilitate.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
