The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Campus Operations, this role provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of UNSW College buildings and facilities. You will be a key point of contact for facilities-related enquiries and play an important role in supporting staff, students, and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What you\โll do:
- Coordinating and monitoring facilities and site issue requests
- Managing facilities-related invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations and accruals
- Coordinating UNSW staff ID card requests and building access with Security
- Scheduling and coordinating new staff site inductions with HR and IT
- Coordinating catering, logistics and set-up for staff and student events
- Managing stock control, office supplies and equipment ordering
- Coordinating courier deliveries (domestic and international)
- Providing prompt, professional responses to enquiries via phone and email
What you\โll bring:
You are a proactive and organised administrator who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting operational outcomes.
Essential experience and skills:
- Relevant qualifications or at least two yearsโ experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
