Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D and Product Specialist to join our expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in product development, validation, technical support, and client engagement across our molecular diagnostics portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills to support product excellence and B2B customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise & Quality Compliance Product Development & Innovation Client Support & Relationship Management Sales & Market Strategy Support Training & Knowledge Transfer Qualifications: Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field (PhD preferred). 1–2 years in molecular diagnostics or a related sector, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience with CE-IVD or IVDR-regulated products preferred. Background in customer support, R&D, or product validation is desirable. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, training, and communication capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
