Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D and Product Specialist to join our expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in product development, validation, technical support, and client engagement across our molecular diagnostics portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills to support product excellence and B2B customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 1–2 years in molecular diagnostics or a related sector, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CE-IVD or IVDR-regulated products preferred.
- Background in customer support, R&D, or product validation is desirable.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, training, and communication capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
