- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business within assigned territories or industry verticals.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for professional development.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management using SF.com tools. Accurate and timely forecasting is key to the success of the business. A focus on reporting and “knowing the numbers” is essential.
- Solution Selling & Negotiation: Across client Desktop, Graphics and Datacentre driving growth in new and existing markets with a focus on the best solution for the customer.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies ensuring a competitive edge.
- Partner Collaboration: Develop and nurture strategic alliances with distribution, key accounts, AIBs and the ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management or leadership position.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue, particularly in net-new enterprise customer acquisition.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of client and datacentre roadmaps and GTM.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to support clients, partners, and team members.
