This pivotal leadership position will be at the heart of fostering deep collaboration with HP and key ecosystem stakeholders, driving mutual growth and shared innovation. - An established background and relationships within the EMEA systems EcoâSystem (MNC, Key VARs / SI)
- Success in growing the sales of complex system level solutions through channel partners in both large enterprise and SMB customers.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with crossâfunctional teams external within HP sales, category & marketing leadership functions.
- Able to coach team members to develop joint partner annual plans to collaboratively grow our business with a regular review cadence and agreed KPIs between AMD and HP.
- Experience successfully managing large marketing budgets to maximize the ROI and impact of every marketing dollar.
- Comfortable presenting to different audiences; customers and business/partner executives.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Main Duties
- Program direct AMD agency on Project Ascend to achieve 3âyear goals.
- Coach and lead EMEA HP GAMs to meet AMD AOP goals.
- Understand HP and their business partners' business goals, cultivate relationships and manage expectations to mutually aligned business goals with AMD.
- Educate HP on AMD technologies and solutions; may be brought in by partners to help sell AMD technology in OEM products to end customers.
- Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow AMD's business within the Top EMEA VARs & SI community.
- Build and cultivate direct relationships with key HP CEP and HPSMB channel executives.
- Coach team to establish and maintain account annual plan to promote sales growth.
- Support the development of compelling channel programs to drive AMD client growth in large enterprise, public sector, and SMB.
- Promote AMD products and technologies.
- Deliver AMD targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Foster and coach team members to strive for operational excellence, curate partner annual plans and instill a regular internal and external QBR review process on progress made.
- Stand in for AMD EMEA GAM Sr. Director when out of the office.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Leadership Experience: >15 years' experience and proven success as a Commercial System leader within a semiconductor, AMD OEM or ISV alliance partner.
- HP Executive Network: Existing senior sales relationships with key HP executives in Global and EMEA positions.
- Commercial Channel Network: Existing senior sales relationships with key HP and/or Commercial Channel executives.
- Commercial Channel Sales: Extensive experience in Enterprise commercial client and/or data center sales with proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding target goals.
- GTM Strategy: Experience implementing Commercial and Consumer sales through and sales out strategies that grow revenue base and unit market share.
- GTM Execution: Validated experience in developing and successfully executing sales & marketing plans.
- EMEA Experience: Solid understanding of the broad EMEA market, and the cultural and business differences across different countries.
