We are currently recruiting for a Stores Controller at our manufacturing site in Plymouth. The role involves managing daily operations such as picking materials, feeding production lines, goods inwards, and dispatch. The primary shift is 11:00 am-7:00 pm, with flexibility required for covering sickness and holidays on shifts from 6 am-2 pm and 8 am-4 pm. The working week is Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Responsible for kitting batches and supplying production areas, including clean rooms and packing lines. Moving stock and recording actions on picking lists and ERP system (once trained). Controlling and recording movements of store materials and finished goods according to AMS procedures. Handling goods inwards and preparing finished products for dispatch. Loading and unloading lorries, wrapping, and strapping pallets. Conducting cycle counts and inventory checks. Maintaining tidiness in stores, goods inwards, and dispatch areas. Performing other reasonable duties to meet business objectives. Knowledge & Skills Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or warehousing. Understanding of ERP systems and FEFO principles. Forklift license (beneficial but not essential).
