As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Institutional Sales and Business Development professional to accelerate our international client acquisition.

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Institutional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships and driving revenue growth with B2B institutional clients on a global scale. While your target market is global, applicants must be physically based within the UK or Europe to align with our current operational and employment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect and close new B2B institutional clients, including retail brokers, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, across international markets.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle globally, from initial introduction and pitching to onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and articulate how Advanced Markets' liquidity structures and technological infrastructure align with their business needs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal onboarding, legal and technical support teams to ensure a seamless integration experience for international clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global industry trends, regulatory shifts and competitive landscapes to identify new international growth avenues.

What We Are Looking For

  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in B2B Institutional Sales within the financial services, FX/CFD or Prime-of-Prime brokerage industry.
  • Global Market Familiarity: Experience managing and navigating a global sales pipeline, with a solid understanding of international institutional financial ecosystems.
  • Tech Savvy: Solid understanding of trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5, PrimeXM or other proprietary institutional platforms) and bridge/liquidity technology.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using modern CRM systems to meticulously track international pipelines, client interactions and sales metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation and cross-cultural relationship building skills.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the capability to manage a global client base effectively across multiple time zones from a UK/Europe home base.
