**Sprayer****Plymouth, UK****£33,467.20 per annum****The role:**AIS Marine is looking for a skilled Sprayer to join our team in Plymouth, assisting in the manufacture and supply of sprayed polyurethane products for the marine, subsea and leisure industries.**What you will do as our Sprayer:*** Set up and preparation of products, tooling, equipment and materials for spray operations.* Spraying products using a variety of materials, chemicals and equipment.* Application of paint for a range of surface finishes to products.* Airbrushing of paint finishes for leisure products.* Maintaining tools and equipment, including cleaning and safe storage.* Assisting other parts of production when needed.* Maintaining high levels of housekeeping; taking pride in your working areas.* Working in line with requirements of quality, health and safety and environmental management systems.**What are we looking for in our Sprayer:*** Experience spraying within the marine, automotive or aerospace industries.* Experience using production machinery and equipment.* Capable of following precise written instructions, specifications and drawings.* Able to create and keep effective written records.* Comfortable working alone on own initiative as well as being a strong team player.* Experienced in spraying PU products (desired but not essential).* Forklift licence (desired but not essential).* Must be able to work day shifts 6am - 4.30pm and night shifts 8pm - 6am (40 hours per week).**What are the benefits of being our Sprayer:*** Salary £33,467.20 per annum* Grading system offering opportunities to increase annual salary with the completion of training and development* Automatic enrolment into group personal pension scheme* Life insurance 4x annual salary* Comprehensive employee assistance programme* Access to leisure benefits including cycle to work scheme### About UsAn ambitious business committed to embracing innovation and solving our customers’ toughest challenges.
