WAVES is a boutique hair salon in the heart of Carlton, known for our modern style, relaxed atmosphere, and loyal client base. Established in 2018, we’ve built a reputation for premium service and a strong team culture — now we’re looking for a passionate qualified hairdresser to join us as we grow.
$65,000 – $75,000 per year + weekly bonuses
The Role
As a WAVES stylist you’ll:
- Deliver precision cutting, colouring, and styling services
- Build genuine client relationships with a focus on rebooking and long-term loyalty
- Work with Wella products and high-end treatments
- Collaborate with our small, supportive team
- Enjoy a balanced roster of 4 days per week ~38 hours, with one Saturday off per month (Closed on Sundays)
