As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will have prior experience in food or FMCG and bring drive and passion to this business. Working 4 on 4 off (2D2N 4 off), the company pays a salary of around £58,000, a strong pension and other benefits.
Role Duties- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and systems across the whole site through both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Minimise downtime and eliminate quality issues, supporting continuous production and adherence to quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues promptly.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support and coach more junior employees.
