Are you a Site Supervisor looking for your next contract in Nottinghamshire?
The Role:
- Assisting and co-ordinating health & safety on site
- Running the paperwork on live construction projects: Control of contractors, daily project report, toolbox talks, contractor inductions.
- Looking after document control: drawing registers, project management platforms, keeping everything in the right place at the right time.
- Coordinating site visit logistics for internal staff and subcontractors, from prep to follow-up.
- Providing daily admin support to project managers: daily diary management, meeting coordination, keeping the operational wheels turning.
- The usual mix of office admin too: accident and time work stats, office supplies, and formatting the odd document.
Experience required:
- Experienced Site Supervisor from a construction background
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification with experience as a site supervisor
- Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities and hitting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships across the team, with clients, and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team in a fast-paced environment.
- FLT and MEWP licence preferred although not essential as training can be provided
