Auxo Engineering is recruiting an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to work 17:00 to 02:00, Monday to Friday, on behalf of our client based in Foston, Derbyshire.
Hours: Monday – Friday 17:00 – 02:00
Pay Rate: £17.25 p/h plus £100 per week attendance bonus, £790 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, spray, and finish tankers and other vehicles efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure accurate colour matching and flawless final finish.
- Work confidently with water‑based paint systems and mixing techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Work as part of a team delivering total customer satisfaction.
- Follow all industry and manufacturer guidelines.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
- Skilled in all aspects of paint preparation, application, and finishing.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Takes pride in delivering quality work with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
