Ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact? We're looking for a hands-on Interim Engineering Manager to lead a busy food manufacturing site for an initial 3-month contract. This is a fast-paced role where your expertise will directly drive performance, reliability, and team effectiveness.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a 10-12 strong engineering & maintenance team
- Taking ownership of all plant ancillaries and site services
- Managing and enforcing permit systems to ensure safety and compliance
- Driving improvements through CMMS systems - including implementation and optimisation of CMMS System
- Boosting line performance, uptime, and efficiency
- Acting as a key link between production and engineering to keep operations running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly gain team trust
- Solid background in maintenance strategy, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Experience with CMMS implementation and management
