Are you a Maintenance Manager with proven experience of working within food or FMCG environment? This position offers the chance to play a key role within the engineering leadership team, working closely with senior management to improve site performance, drive continuous improvement, and develop a strong maintenance culture across the factory. This role offers a salary of £60k depending on experience working Monday - Friday days.
The Role:
- Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities across site
- Drive machinery reliability and reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement projects and engineering performance
- Ensure health & safety and food manufacturing standards are maintained
- Lead and develop the engineering team on site
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Team Leader, or Senior Engineering position
- FMCG or food manufacturing background is essential
Experience working with:
- Industrial mixers & dough handling equipment
- Tunnel ovens & baking systems
- Automated production & packaging machinery
- Flow wrappers & tray sealers
- PLC-controlled equipment
