Role Description

The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Silsden. In this position, the individual will contact prospective customers, introduce company services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales or technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing outbound calls, updating appointment calendars, maintaining accurate records in CRM or scheduling tools, and following up on leads to ensure timely bookings. The Appointment Setter will be expected to meet activity and quality targets while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
• Experience with Lead Generation activities, including qualifying prospects and converting inquiries into booked meetings.
• Strong Communication skills, with clear, confident, and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and a helpful, respectful approach.
• Comfort using CRM or scheduling software and basic office productivity tools.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following processes and documenting interactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Silsden and collaborate effectively with sales and engineering teams.
• Prior telesales experience in essential, industry knowledge is not essential as training will be provided

Basic salary £25k - £30k depending on experience with an uncapped OTE
