POSITION SUMMARY:
Implement quality inspection, process audit and other assigned jobs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports Quality Engineer with the development of CTQ (Critical to Quality) checklists and controls for both NPI and established product.
- Performs quality inspection and line audits in accordance with the CTQ checklists recording any deviations.
- Communicates results of inspection to Quality Engineer and communicates findings to the necessary directed.
- Assists with the implementation of corrective actions.
- Other duties as defined.
SKILLS:
- Ability to understand quality standards and process requirements.
- Manufacturing Process, Product auditing.
- Good working knowledge and skill with MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001:2015.
- 5S Awareness.
- Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.
EXPERIENCE:
- Essential: Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment as an Inspector (or similar) role.
- Desirable: Experience of working at a manufacturer of electronics products and assemblies.
EDUCATION:
- Essential: College graduate or similar.
