Due to high demand and the launch of new products we’re looking for additional Production Operators to work within our manufacturing team. The main responsibilities for this role will be to assemble the Company’s products, making sure the highest of quality standards are met. The role will have some repetitive tasks from time to time when assembling components on the PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).

The right candidate will ideally have some experience of working in manufacturing and be able to demonstrate some of the skills detailed below:

  • Ability to understand assembly build documentation
  • Electronic component recognition
  • Hand soldering
  • Use of hand tools
  • Final assembly and test

Knowledge of electronics assembly is a huge plus, but we're a believer in getting the right people, with the right attitude, so if you:

  • Are a great team player who works well both alone and with others
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with good eyesight and dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Are reliable and able to demonstrate a flexible approach
  • Have a keen willingness to learn and gain new skills

We will provide full on-the-job training to get you up to speed and then ongoing support to help you achieve your targets.

  • Full-time permanent contract
  • Current pay rate of £13.27 per hour with annual pay reviews
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • 4 day working week – 38 hours 7am-5pm Mon-Thurs
