The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our turbomachinery design software suite. This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, software development, and customer needs – driving the vision, strategy, and execution of products used by leading companies and research institutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing market needs, technology capabilities, and business goals.
- Work closely with software developers, researchers, and application engineers to translate customer challenges into product features.
- Engage with global customers in pumps, fans, compressors, chiller systems, aerospace, and energy industries to understand workflows and pain points.
- Guide the integration of machine learning and AI-driven design optimization into the product portfolio.
- Ensure product development follows agile principles, delivering incremental value with continuous feedback.
- Monitor industry trends in turbomachinery, simulation, and digital engineering to keep our products ahead of the curve.
- Communicate product vision clearly across teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally in engineering software, simulation, or CAE tools).
- Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with turbomachinery design concepts (experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, or similar is a plus).
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
