We have a new Chiropractor role open within our Chelmsford clinic at Advanced Chiropractic.
We're promoting chiropractors into leadership positions at our new clinics, and their patients deserve someone who will look after them properly.
The role comes with a diary that's already moving: around 40 patient visits a week to take over, four weeks working alongside the chiropractor handing over to you, and a clinical director who spends his whole week helping the team get better.
You might be newly qualified or years into practice. What matters is that you're warm with patients, keen to learn and ready to build something.
What you get
- Around 40 patient visits a week to take over from day one
- A four week handover, so patients meet you through a proper introduction
- £45,000 to £70,000 in your first year, with no ceiling after that
- Self-employed, with a percentage split that rises with experience
- A retainer for your first three months
- Professional fees and insurance paid in your first year
- Full time with flexible hours and alternate Saturdays
Who you'll learn from
David Elliott, our clinical director, has stepped back from seeing patients to train and mentor the team full time. In your first weeks you'll meet with him every day, then weekly after that.
You'll also have weekly chiropractic training and case wrap-ups with the whole team, quarterly training days and personal growth strategy sessions, so you're planning your next step as well as your next patient.
Room to lead
The chiropractors handing over to you are stepping up to run new clinics. We promote from within, so if you'd like to lead a clinic one day, you'll be working alongside people who have done it and we'll help you plan the route.
A clinic that keeps growing
Advanced Chiropractic opened in 2014 and now has clinics in Chelmsford, Maldon and Stanway. The team is 33 strong and includes chiropractors, podiatrists, physios and personal trainers, backed by a multi-award winning front of house team.
There's a strong paediatric and family arm, a new pelvic strength arm, and an on-site gym and pilates so your patients can carry on their care under one roof. If you want to build a special interest, there's room to do it.
We currently use Diversified, SOT, Activator, ART, dry needling and Graston. Bring your own methods too, as long as they help the patient.

Chelmsford is 35 minutes from central London by train and close to the A12.
