The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This position will provide lease management support for the properties within the Company’s portfolio. The successful applicant has to be prepared to manage uncertainties and be able to work under pressure. As part of a team who works cross-functionally with other departments, teamwork and cooperation skills are highly required for one to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and property agents
  • Coordinate viewing schedules and liaise with property agents and tenants
  • Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule
  • Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
  • Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all tenancy matters promptly
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors for repair and maintenance work
  • Assist in all administrative activities of the organisation so that administrative services, staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Nitec/ Diploma certificate in Business, Real Estate and Property Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with other colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, willing to learn
  • Strong administrative skills and meticulous in details
