Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd are looking to hire a Multi-Trader / Bathroom Adaptations fitter.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Sole Trader Role
Hours: Mon-Friday, 8-5pm
Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following:
- Liase with tenants
- Manage all job admin
- Supply waste disposal
- Order main material components
- Payment runs weekly
- Allocate dedicated contracts manager per area
Pay and overtime rates: Competitive - price work
Works include:
- New bathroom installs
- Bathroom repairs including Aids & Adaptation works
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Painting
Location: Greenwich, however, works cover the entirety of the London area (We do also have work in Kent & Essex).
A DBS check will be obtained if you are successful with the role of multi trader/bathroom fitter.

- Own tools
- Own van
