The Kitchen and Bathroom Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based on domestic sites in Essex, Pan London and Kent, which ever location is local to you! The technician will install or refurbish bathrooms, including fitting units, worktops, appliances, sanitary ware, and related fixtures. Day-to-day tasks include carrying out plumbing and basic carpentry work, tiling, sealing, and ensuring all installations meet safety, quality, and accessibility standards. The role involves assessing job requirements, interpreting plans or specifications, preparing materials, and completing work within agreed timescales. The technician will also communicate with residents, site managers, and colleagues, maintain a tidy work area, and follow all health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in bathroom installation, including fitting units, worktops, and sanitary ware
- Competence in plumbing tasks related to kitchens and bathrooms, such as pipework, connections, and leak repairs
- Skills in basic carpentry, tiling, sealing, and finishing to a professional standard
- Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and work orders accurately
- Strong focus on health and safety, including safe use of tools and adherence to site procedures

- Proven reliability, time management, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
