Simply Clinics is a multi‐award‐winning, doctor‐led aesthetics clinic group and has been offering Aesthetic and Medical treatments for over 10 years. We offer a wide range of skincare, beauty, and aesthetic treatments designed to combat various skin concerns, all delivered in cosy, comfortable and CQC accredited clinics. Our mission is for clients to leave feeling confident from the outside in. We provide bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual needs, supported by extensively trained, highly qualified therapists and medical professionals.
We are seeking a skilled and commercially minded Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine medical expertise with business awareness, helping to enhance both patient outcomes and clinic performance. You will provide expert consultations, develop tailored treatment plans, perform a range of aesthetic procedures with precision, and identify opportunities to maximise patient satisfaction and clinic growth. The role involves flexibility to work across our five clinic locations, ensuring consistent high-quality service for all patients. This role is expected to start ideally no later than March.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments, identifying both clinical needs and opportunities for appropriate treatments.
- Develop contextualised treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinic objectives.
- Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
- Toxin and dermal fillers
- Skin boosters
- Non-surgical body contouring injections
- Keloid scarring treatment
- Desirable if have extensive experience with thread lifts
- Right to work in UK on self-employed basis (unfortunately due to time restrictions we cannot at this stage accept candidates that require employment/sponsorship).
- Fully qualified and registered with GMC licensed to practise.
- Specialist training or experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of the aesthetics market.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel between clinics.
- Engagement will be on a self-employment basis.
- Day rate with commission structure.
- Flexible work assignment – 2-3 days per week, usually Thursday – Saturday but open to a conversation about mid-week days. Must be available to provide services on a Saturday.
- 1st stage - If your CV has the required experiences our operations Manager will reach out and arrange an initial chat with you.
- 2nd stage - If you are successful at 1st stage you will then be put forward to have a relaxed interview with a member of our senior leadership team.
- 3rd stage - If successful at 2nd stage you will then be introduced to our co-owner and founder Medical Director for a more formal chat. You might be required to visit in person.
