This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth company that is significantly changing the way pharmaceutical companies collect and analyse field insights, quantifying and benchmarking field execution quality in real time. You will be joining an experienced, committed, high achieving and fun team on a full-time basis role, with the opportunity to work remotely in the UK.

ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector. ADVANCE®AI provides pharma leaders everyday visibility of the quality of the conversations taking place between their field-based teams and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). This everyday visibility is provided on KPI dashboards that are updated daily in real-time. Data is collected using AI, with Human-in-the-Loop QC and Subject Matter Expertise, to observe and record the conversations, which is converted into data that provides invaluable insights on campaign execution, selling skills deployment and evolution in call outcome.

Are you an L&D professional in pharma who is fascinated by what AI could do, but has never had the chance to properly explore it? We're looking for someone who has worked in the field as a Rep or MSL, moved into L&D, and now wants to apply that hard-won subject matter expertise to something genuinely new. You bring the understanding of selling, coaching and behaviour. We provide full training on the AI side. No technical nor AI background needed. You'll join a small, dynamic team inside our Innovation Lab, working at the cutting edge of how AI interprets real HCP conversations. It's the kind of work only a handful of teams in the world are attempting, and we're setting out to produce something quite exceptional.

What you need to know before applying:

  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. It's hands-on, analytical work for someone who wants to be close to the actual problem every day.
  • We're after people who enjoy puzzles, patterns and reaching conclusions from the evidence rather than gut feel.
  • You’ll know all about selling/engagement skills, truly understand coaching and be familiar with models like SPIN, Progressive Questions, Challenger, Insights/Colours, Myers Briggs, Lencioni etc is a real plus.
  • No prior AI or technical background is required and full training will be provided.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Deconstruct real HCP-Representative conversations into observable behaviours, strengths, and gaps, drawing on selling and engagement models such as SPIN, Progressive Questions, Challenger, and the 5 Whys.
  • Identify why interactions succeed or fail, not just what happened.
  • Apply practical pharmaceutical sales and coaching insight to guide how AI evaluates behaviour.
  • Design clear, simple structures that teach AI how to recognise and assess behaviour.
  • Write and refine prompts that shape how AI analyses and explains conversations.
  • Spot patterns, inconsistencies, and behavioural signals within complex conversations.
  • Test and refine approaches to coaching logic, judging what works from the evidence rather than intuition.

This is an experimental, exploratory team. If the idea of pairing your L&D expertise with AI in a genuinely pioneering team excites you, we'd love to hear from you. Please apply with a covering letter clearly stating your previous pharmaceutical experience, L&D/Training models exposure/knowledge and salary package. Remote, UK-based, full-time.
