Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT):
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.
- Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
- Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success.
- Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
Training & Certification Support
- We provide paid onboarding training.
- 40-hour RBT course included.
- You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way.
- No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there!
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
- Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.
Schedule & Hours
- Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available.
- Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
- 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.
