Advance is seeking a Head of Safeguarding and Quality on an interim basis to embed robust safeguarding arrangements throughout the organisation, whilst leading a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and learning.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will provide strategic leadership for safeguarding practice, quality assurance and organisational learning across Advance, ensuring robust arrangements and driving improvements in response to data and reviews.
