Location: Board and Committee meetings operate on a hybrid basis, including onsite meetings and occasional engagement with Advance colleagues and customers.

Remuneration: Committee Chair £7,500 per annum and Committee Co‐optee £2,500 per annum.

Committee Chair role

We welcome applications from people that ideally have both executive and non‐executive experience and backgrounds in one or more of the following:

  • Housing
  • Property
  • Development
  • Asset investment

Experience in the delivery of excellent customer service and the management of complaints is also welcome. The successful candidate will be a good communicator and strategic thinker and will have ambition for our customers and bring a commitment to our vision to transform lives.

Committee Co‐optee role

Our Committee Co‐optee role will support our Audit and Risk Committee, and we welcome applicants with housing operations experience to complement existing skills and experience, together with an understanding of associated risk and assurance.
